Payment, Packaging & Delivery

OUR DELIVERY TO YOU

All of our products are designed and made in the UK.
At the moment, delivery is only available to the UK. We do hope to enable European delivery in 2018.

PAYMENT

We use PayPal Business as our payment gateway, for efficient & secure transactions.
No PayPal account? Don’t worry! This method accepts all Debit & Credit payment methods without the need for a PayPal account.

We now have an SSL Certificate on our website, to ensure your customer information is transmitted securely.
This is symbolised by the padlock within the address bar, where further information is available.

PACKAGING

All greetings cards, journals and kitchen textiles are presented neatly within a biodegradable cello wrap, and packaged within a strong, post-friendly, 100% recyclable envelope.

All Home textiles are wrapped in tissue, and packaged within bubble-wrap and a strong, post-friendly mailbag.

DESPATCH & POSTAGE

Upon receipt of payment, we despatch all orders within 2 working days.

Most deliveries are made with Royal Mail, and take place Monday-Friday.
Standard delivery time is 2-3 working days, First class is 1-2 working days.
Deliveries over £15 are sent using Royal Mails’ Confirmed service, which does require a signature.

In the case of Home Textiles, large orders will be sent by DPD’s tracked service. This will require an accurate contact number, address and email address to complete the delivery successfully. Please complete all of the Delivery Information fields when processing your order to help this process.

QUALITY & CARE

As well as being fully recyclable and biodegradable, the card used in all of our paper based products is FSC certified, meaning that it is made with, or contains, pulp from well-managed forests. It is also Heavy Metal Free and because the bleaching process avoids the use of harmful chlorine, it is classified Elemental Chlorine-Free (ECF).

All of our textile products are made to a commercial standard, and contain a care label with the relevant care instructions to follow.
Please note, due to the nature of the fabric, our range of cushions does require dry cleaning in order to preserve their original finish.
